Jeff and Kathy Boyum
Jeff and Kathy Boyum train leaders for King’s Kids (YWAM), an organization that uses youth and family camps, workshops, outreach trips, and a food distribution program to lead children, teenagers and families into a proven knowledge of God and together make Him known to all peoples. They also have started a high-nutrition meal packing hunger relief organization under YWAM called "Liferice". Pray for ministry development and for God's Spirit to lead in specific outreach events.
John and Lori DeCleene
John and Lori DeCleene are Converge Missionary Mobilizers who partner with, train, and coach Converge missionary appointees that are preparing to enter into a foreign mission field. Their role includes helping the appointees to share what God has called them to do through speaking engagements, build relationships with new churches, and gain support through prayer and finances.
Matt and Jenni Halseth
Matt and Jenni Halseth serve with Royal Servants (a division of Reign Ministries), sending, leading, and discipling high school and college-age students through missions outreach trips in over 20 countries across the world. Matt's responsibilities include development, recruiting, training, discipleship, mobilizing and leading international mission teams.
Paul and Ana Hill
Converge missionaries Paul and Ana Hill are church planters in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, with congregations in both the middle-class neighborhood of Calbido and a poor, rural area. They work with Argentinian leadership to create a strategic and united vision for church planting and leadership training in Santiago to effectively reach this secularized country with the gospel.
Bill and Cindy Hoppe
AWANA missionaries, Bill and Cindy Hoppe, work with churches in Minnesota and Wisconsin using the AWANA kids’ program to help them discern how AWANA can contribute to their ministry vision and goals to reach families for Christ. Bill also conducts training workshops for leaders of AWANA clubs in the NE Minnesota & NW Wisconsin Region.
Joseph and Krista Janga
Joseph and Krista founded Gloryshine India. Their vision is to preach the Good News, plant churches, train pastors and church planters, and bring positive transformation to the communities in Telengana, India. Gloryshine focuses on four villages with four teams going one day a week to conduct informal church services, which will eventually become formal churches. In the future Gloryshine will also focus on social economic freedom for the underprivileged communities by starting small businesses and education programs.
Derek and Kristy Johnson
The Johnson family is a vital part of supporting Wycliffe's Bible Translation Ministry in Papua New Guinea. Derek teaches math and wood crafting at Ukarumpa International School where the children of translators and staff can earn a fully accredited high school diploma. Kristy serves at the Ukarumpa Clinic as a physical therapist. She helps to keep the translators and staff healthy and on the job. Finally, their three boys provide action-packed friendships for other children. Together, their mission is to make the job of the translators easier by taking care of them and their families.
Amanda Nutt serves with Wycliffe Bible Translators as a teacher at Ukarumpa International School in Papua New Guinea. She teaches English as a Second Language at the primary school to the children of Bible translators and support workers, as well as many Papua New Guinean children. She also teaches Spanish at the high school.
Steve and Liz McConkey
Steve and Liz McConkey minister to world-class athletes, reaching out to the lost and encouraging Christians to grow in their faith through 4 Winds Ministries. Their Track and Field Report website gives worldwide track and field news, including a link on how to become a Christian.
Ryan and Kristen O’Leary
Converge Missionaries Ryan and Kristen O'Leary are bringing spiritual freedom and much needed change to Native American and First Nations people in North America. Ryan is an enrolled tribal member of the Bois Forte Band of Ojibwe in northern Minnesota. Ryan's focus is to nurture leaders, equip churches, and preach/teach God’s word to see freedom and change come to Native people through CHIEF ministries. His beautiful wife Kristen supports this ministry while also homeschooling their three boys. Both have been involved in Native ministry in various forms for over 15 years. They have already seen God’s hand using them to bring deeply needed spiritual realities such as faith, hope, and love to tribal people.
Dan and Sandy Varberg
Converge missionaries Dan and Sandy Varberg serve at Faith Academy, Manila, an international Christian K-12 school primarily serving the children of missionaries working in the Philippines and throughout Asia. Dan is in charge of grounds and transportation, and Sandy is a nurse who heads up the Health Office.
Poland Evangelical Mission
Poland Evangelical Mission empowers the evangelical community in Poland to reach their countrymen with the gospel of Christ, help them grow in their faith, and become engaged in ministry. The mission raises funds and provides short term volunteers for evangelistic camps, outreach events, and for an Evangelical Bible Seminary in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
